From a small nightclub Kraayenhof pays tribute to his maestro's and tango heroes. Carel received his first bandoneon class from Alfredo Marcucci; in 1987 he was invited by Astor Piazzolla to collaborate on the musical 'Tango Apasionado' in New York, and in 1990 he and his sextet could join the tour of Osvaldo Pugliese in Argentina. In 'Tango Heroes' you hear beautiful tangos written by Carel but also works of his idols. The DVD contains the entire show, a documentary movie and other special events in Buenos Aires.
