Busy autumn for Carel Kraayenhof

On Tuesday 9 September Kraayenhof and his Sexteto Canyengue will leave for Germany for four concerts.9-9 Lingen, 10-9 Seevetal, 11-9 Celle, 12-9 Bremerhaven.On 30 September Kraayenhof will present his CD ‘Memorias de Cuba’ in the Concertgebouw and in the MC Philips in Eindhoven on 1 October.On 9 and 10 October Carel will give concerts with the Orkest van het Oosten in Zwolle and Enschede.Again the Gelders Orkest invited Carel to perform as a solist in a number of beautiful concerts.24-10 Doetinchem, 24-10 Arnhem, 25-10 Nijmegen, 26-10 Apeldoorn.From 31 October until 9 November of this year Carel will be the Ambassador of the Classical Musicweek. In the scope of this week Amsterdam Sinfonietta invited Carel to give 10 concerts together with them in that week. Places and times in our agenda.The Limburgs Symfonie Orkest for the first time invited Carelto do a number of concerts in January 2009.10-1 Maastricht, 11-1 at 14.30 Sittard and at 20.15 Venlo.The highlight (for now) of Carel’s career is the concert with the London Symphony Orchestra, conducted by Kristjan Järvi, on 20 January 2009 in the Barbican Centre in London. Later in 2009 Carel will fly with the same orchestra to Daytona Beach USA for a concert.

Kees van Liempt will visit the theatres during the next few month to sell the new show of the Sexteto Canyengue, COMPASSION, for the season 2009-2010.Shortly more news about this issue.
