CCTV9 – ‘Rediscovering China’ broadcasted on 6 July

The recordings made last April by the tv-productionteam of CCTV9 of the program ‘Rediscovering China’ will be broadcasted three times on 6 July by the Chinese national television. Replays of this program will follow further on in July.

In this picture we see Carel with the other artists after his performance in the Great Hall of the People in Beijing. This benefit-concert, organized by the Europe China Foundation, was for the victims of the earthquake. On this photo from left to right next to the artists: Vice-minister Wang Guoqiang of the Ministry of Health/TCM, Minister of Health Chen Zhu, Deputy Minister SATCM Li Daning.
