This morning Sexteto Canyengue left for St. Petersburg. On this journey pianist Juan Pablo Dobal replaces Sebastiaan van Delft, who became the father of a daughter yesterday!

After St. Petersburg Canyengue will perform in Ekaterinburg. On 4 December the dancers Arjan Sikking and Marianne van Berlo will fly to Moscow together with Argentinian singer Omar Mollo. There they will give a concert with the Sextet on 5 December.Today is the birthday of the godfather of our ensemble who died in 1992: Don Osvaldo Pugliese, whose music still lives in our hearts.
