INVITATION FROM JANINE JANSEN

Janine Jansen, the well-known violinist, has asked Carel to join her at two chamber music festivals she is organising.The first one will take place during the ‘Spectrum Concerts Berlin’ in the Stiftung Berliner Philharmoniker theatre on 20 November, and the second during the ‘Internationaal Kamermuziek Festival’ in Vredenburg on 26 December.

As well as playing a number of tangos by Piazzolla (Milonga del Angel, Oblivion, Adiόs Nonino, etc.), Carel will also perform in Vredenburg as the narrator in the musical story ‘Le Carnaval des Animaux’ by Saint-Saëns.Carel will be accompanied in these two concerts by his regular guitar player André van Berlo.
