STOP CLOSURE of the Tropentheater in Amsterdam

Kahlil Gibran (1863-1931) was an artist,  poet and writer from Lebanon. He has written beautiful poems, compiled in to ‘the Prophet’. In the Profet two people ask about “the benefit of a few things in life”. Among their questions: what is the use of artists? For they also collect fruit and incense, and what they bring, even if it’s formed from dreams, clothes and food for your soul …..
